Success Stories From Real Dog Owners

We are so thankful to have found Full Potential K9! Dillon and his staff are amazing! In three weeks our 7 month old Fox Red Lab went from loving out of control puppy to a loving puppy that listens and follows commands. Dillon also trained us and gave us the skills to continue her training. I can’t thank him enough! Dillion also will be boarding Red when we need it which is a wonderful option to be able to maintain the discipline he has taught her and us.

We’re so happy we chose Full Potential K9 for our puppy’s training! Our dog Kai stayed with Dillon for four weeks, and the difference in his behavior since coming home has been amazing. Dillon kept us updated the whole time with pictures and progress, and he took the time to train us too so we could keep up the good habits at home. He even helped us get everything we needed—like Kai’s place, clicker, and leash setup. Highly recommend!

Dillon and his staff were amazing. They are super passionate and care so much for their doggy clients. When we dropped him off four weeks ago he was like a wild pony. Now he has better manners and better impulse control. We could not have done it without Dillon's guidance and support. We are forever grateful to have found him.

Meet Dillon – Owner/Head Trainer

Full Potential K9 was built for families who refuse to “hope it gets better” and instead invest in a dog that fits seamlessly into a demanding, high-standards household.

Since 2019, Dillon has personally trained 1,000+ dogs—from high-profile families and professional athletes to veterinarians’ personal dogs and specialized U.S. Department of Defense detection dogs. His work lives at the intersection of real-world reliability and polished household manners: calm in chaos, responsive around kids, and trustworthy off-leash when it matters.

Dillon’s edge is obsessive refinement. He continues to sharpen his system through advanced seminars, competitive training environments, and mentorship with top trainers around the world—so your dog’s program isn’t based on trends, but on proven standards and repeatable results.

If your life is full—private school + sports schedules, multiple kids, travel, guests, events, and zero time for daily training battles—Dillon’s mission is simple: deliver a dog that performs at the level your family lives. Our programs are designed for clients who want exceptional outcomes, not quick fixes.
